I braved the scales this morning and appear to have put on 4lbs since December 23rd!

Feeling sluggish and bloated. I'm off for a run when OH gets back from the gym, I know it's going to be hideous!

Then one last blow out this evening as we have friends coming for dinner, and then it's Dry January for me and back to healthy eating (hopefully!).

Anyone else?

I moved the scales slightly and now it's saying I've only put on 4lbs. I'm not sure which is true but I like this version better

Still going to join SW tonight as I was over weight to start with so any extra isn't good

Greenteandchives · 02/01/2018 13:52

I have put a pound and a half on, which was fully deserved. Back on SW plan today. I am at target but like to hover below, rather than above.

Lost 8lbs through having the flu, so not eaten a thing for days. I immediately went out and bought myself some lovely underwear this morning. Every cloud!

isithotinhereorisitjustme · 02/01/2018 17:21

7.5lbs but that is over 3 weeks so not as horrific as it could be.

Firefries · 02/01/2018 17:34

Since beginning of December and all th parties, wine and chocolate and 4.5 pounds. Not ideal but I'm now working on getting back to where i was....Oh to be younger and not have such problems. That which used to take me a month to lose (at a pound a week) now takes about six months maybe even longer to lose. I have decided that next year I will just stay on track and go without the "December" nibbles.

halfwitpicker · 02/01/2018 17:36

I don't think I've gained anything.

Been very good, which was easy as we were at the in-laws for Christmas. It'll be a different story next year at my parents!

I'm low carb Bootcamping on January 8, need to shift this last half stone of baby weight.

overitalready · 02/01/2018 17:41

10lb 😫

Since 1st Nov - i however have been back on plan for 4 days now.

I was at my target weight after loosing 4 stone for just over 1.5 years so i do allow myself a blow out every now & again.

ZaZathecat · 02/01/2018 17:49

ledkr I once looked down at my thighs and thought they'd doubled in size. Then I realised I had my reading glasses on!
No change (to answer the question).

DavetheCat2001 · 02/01/2018 18:00

I've just eaten half a victoria sponge cake that my friend baked for NYE.

It was delicious but I feel a bit sick and gluttonous now.

I've gained 3lb over the last two weeks (last weighed myself Dec 18th). Not too bad considering all that I've eaten. Back on it now, aim to lose 1 1/2 stone.

yumyumpoppycat · 03/01/2018 13:10

Hope all the people who have lost weight due to illness are feeling better.

I have gained at least 8lbson my lowest in december but some of this was weight I lost in December to allow me some weight gain. I have properly gained at least 3lbs.

happymummy12345 · 03/01/2018 13:16

Nothing at all.
Then again I only eat the same amount at Christmas as I do the rest of the year. I see no need to eat a load at Christmas..

Feezles · 03/01/2018 13:39

8lb. The exact same 8lb I lost in October and November. Sigh.

A ton of it will be alcohol related water retention though. I reckon half of it will be gone in a week. I'm back on track now, and aiming for being 1 stone down by Easter.

I wish I was the sort of person who didn't overeat all the time given half a chance at Christmas. But I'm not. And neither is DH. We're both as bad as each other, but at least that means I always have a diet buddySmile

TossDaily · 03/01/2018 13:41

4lbs.

I'm now the heaviest I have ever been without a gestating child in residence.

Nearly thirteen fucking stone. Man-weight.

Denial is no longer an option. I'm MASSIVE.
