Have I wasted my money?

Anyone else got one?

I don't have one but I debated the multi gym thing

(I don't use the gym any more because my nice quiet one closed and got replaced with a big chain pumping insanely loud music out).

In the end I just bought a comprehensive weights set because I figured all the core stuff can be done without anything - but if you need the back support then it might be good?

I mean, I debated the Wondercore multi gym thing but it would take up too much space for exercises that could be done without equipment. As it is, I feel I spend half my life taking weights in and out of a box to get them hidden away in our tiny lounge!

I'm aiming to turn the dumping ground outside shed into a multi gym at some stage.

ah how exciting!! I'd love a shed for a gym!!

So you have space - which WonderCore thingy did you buy? Whether it's worth it depends whether you use it really.

The, erm, Smart one I think? It was on TV at 4.30 this morning, and I'm high on flu meds! 😃

oh the small one

tbh I think that probably is a waste of money unless you can't do ab work without back support?

High on flu meds and buying exercise gear doesn't seem the best combination...I hope you feel better soon.

This one...

I finally have stairs, too- so I can use them for exercizing!

I've always been a little scared of the gym. It's a bit unsafe, for example, having to feel around for the stop button on a treadmill, or the holes for the weight machine! At least with my own equipment, I'll be able to put bright yellow markers on it! 😃😃
