Which one is best?
I want to still be able to have some wine and a few treats and I’m already dietary restricted so won’t be able to eat any of the branded things (dairy free) but want it to be simple and straightforward
Most successful diet in the past was the 5:2 but I don’t fancy mixing it with sleep deprivation or ttc
