Need to lose a dress size

For as long as I can remember I've been a size 14, I'm not overly bothered about my weight but I would like to be a size 12, to me a size 12 is a normal, healthy slim size. I'm tall too (5.10) so although I may look 'slim' to other people I'm still not the shape I want to be.

My question is, how do I go down a dress size in as little time as possible? I'm not a big eater anyway and I've recently changed our diet from processed freezer food to Rosmary Connely style recipes, feel much better for it but it's a new thing so not seen any weight loss yet...

Any tips/advice on how to achieve my goal?

I would suggest that you visit the Rosemary Conley website to find your nearest class - www.rosemaryconley.co.uk

You'll have great fun and with the Gi Jeans Kick Start Diet I lost an amazing 9lbs in 2 weeks!!!

The exercise class includes cardio and toning to give you the figure you want!

If you're interested let me know as this month's magazine has a Registration Fee Redemption Voucher (worth £10) and I could send it to you.

Good Luck!
