I eat a mostly vegan diet for environmental and ethical reasons, some dairy or fish if I eat out but largely vegan day to day. I need to lose about two stone but finding it hard, and in need of ideas of what to eat day to day. The only times I’ve been able lose weight in the past we’re on diets of basically fish, eggs and veg and I’m feeling compelled to go back to that but I really don’t want to. Any ideas would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.
