when I used to do WW points there was a handy chart with different exercises and how many points they gave you

now I have this slidey little cardboard effort

it makes no sense, when I try to work out how many points I am earning it is actually less than I earned for less activity from the old little chart

I can't ask my leader as I can only go to the weigh-in as I have to pick the kids up before the meeting ends

does anyone know, for instance, how much I would get for a 25 minute run (well 5 mins walking, 20 mins running)?

cos I get 1 when I work it out and therefore I cannot understand how you are supposed to aim for 28 over the whole week that is insanity surely or some kind of athletic nirvana

I've got one too.

25 mins running would count as high on the intensity bit (at the top) so slide the gizmo out until the 25 is under high.
Then look to the second part (activity points values) look across to your weight and then you'll see underneath it your points earned.
For eg if you weigh 55kgs you get 2.5 points.

Sorry if that sounds mumbo jumbo, it's hard to write it.

oooh thanks

2.5 sounds okay actually

but who on earth has time to do all that exercise? I thought I was doing well running three times a week and going to a pilates class

seems I am a couch potato by these standards
