About one and a half stone down, about 3-4 to go.
I'm eating properly, using MFP and doing an exercise class and got a bike at home.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has a few fidgety things to burn more/tone up?
I got a balance ball and yoga mat to faff in front of tv.
I've taken to doing the stairs twice instead of once.
I've cut down on email and go to people at work in person when feasible/not disruptive.
Any ideas welcome!
