Ok - I have used 6 syns today - have another 9 if I really want too (although I know it would be better to stay low)
Used 1 healthy A
Used 2 healthy Bs
But I'm really really really fancying a cadburys creme egg right now and there is one in the fridge. They are 8.5 syns. That will take me up to 14.5.
So which way shall I go?
1 - Have the egg. Well the syns are there to be used if I need them.
2 - Avoid the egg and have yet another boring apple/banana/mullerlight yoghurt.
3 - Go to bed and then I won't have to worry about it?
Well - I've been sooooooo good this week, weigh in is Thursday night. I'm in a dilema.
