Which is the best diet if I have food intolerances?

I am lactose intolerant and dairy ,white pasta and some sweeteners and spices cause me to have ibs symptoms or sickness. Also foods which are high in fibre cause problems.
I tried slimming world as I didn't want to calorie count but the plan limited the soya and oat substitute yogurts a lot so I didn't feel I could use them as dairy substitutes. What diet would suit me?

Low fodmaps would be a place to start. Most naturally lose weigh on that. You can google it. It is for people with ibs

I would advocate for lower calorie and portion control.
