I’ve put on 5 kilos in a relatively short space of time and I need to change my eating behaviour before I get out of control.
I think my big problem is that I’m
busy all day and there is a lot of food around my office, often free. I put it in my mouth without actually thinking.
I’m a good cook and I know what healthy eating looks like but I need reminding about my behaviour.
Is there an app out there that can help? I don’t have time to be calorie counting but just something that pings up encouraging notifications, like ‘are you actually hungry?’ Etc would be a massive help.
Does something like this exist or am I clutching at straws?
