Want to lose 3 stones

So.. I am starting the mammoth task of trying to lose 3.5 stones. I started two days ago. Using my fitness pal which I find less user friendly than Weight Loss Resources. Anyone want to join me? I am really sick of being FAT.

I’m with you. I’m 9 months post partum and sick of being fat. Approx 3 stone is my goal too.

Been using MFP, doing lots of walking and going to start going swimming next week.

I’ve been trying to fill up on veg to avoid hunger and snacking! What bout you?

You can do it! In May this year I was 4 stone heavier somI have been where you are now. My advice is to look at where you will be in one, two and three months, dont stress about progress over the next week.
Weigh yourself each day, and weigh portions to do full calorie counting for a while. I have to drop to 1000 calories per day to lose 1.5-2.00 lbs per week.
It is simple, albeit tough but positive thinkng and visualisation will get you through...

I would love to join - really frustrated that I can't lose the 2 stone I need to. I lost it after the DC were born but have put it all back on Blush

Thinking of rejoining WW and doing the No Count plan as I get so flipping hungry chasing round after little ones all day!!

I would love to do the 30 day shred again but don't have half an hour free, apparently Fitness Blender has some good 10 minute workouts though?
