Has anyone tried diet pills?

I've never lost the few baby stone I put on but would love a magic pill to get rid of it all. A friend told me today that she uses Clenbuterol and says I can buy it online.

Has anyone heard of this or used it?
I'm not looking for opinions on diet pills I just want to hear what people's experiences have been 🙏🏻

TIA!

Diet pills and dieting don't work properly as they always have a yo yo effect, I have been on a nutritional system which helped me lose from 11st 1 to now 9.8 in less than two months! It works on filling your body with the nutrients needed to absorb the right food and break down fat! I would love to tell you more if anyone is interested!! Xx

No thak you EMorris. Sounds suspiciously like some pathetic attempt to sell that Juice Plus shite.

I’m going to try xtralean from Holland and Barrett then the Green Tea diet pills from Holland and Barrett and review them x

DaisyRaine90 · 12/11/2017 12:22

I wouldn’t use the fat ones though they give you the shits 💩 💦

I know a quick fix is tempting, but consider doing it the long, boring way of changing eating behaviours and eating good food in sensible portions. Not only is it less risky, but more likely to succeed long term as you address the root causes and not just patching it up for awhile.

It's not easy but by far the hardest part is getting in the right frame of mind to start.

I've defo ruled out Clen. I've got a small child and though I can risk my life I can't do anything that could in any way impact her.

Would defo love to hear any reviews of OTC pills. Apart from Juice plus... really not into any pyramid schemes 😂

I think I will see if I can track what I eat as a first step. I think two key danger points are grazing with the kid, and comfort eating in the evening.

What's most upsetting is that if I crack this I could be a size smaller for Xmas. Not a size larger like every other year. 😭😭😭😭

My doctor put me on orlistat a few years ago and it worked because I was too scared to eat anything other than salads. Soon as I was off it the weight plus more was put back on.

I got to 12st2 and decided I’d had enough. I’ve managed to drop almost 3 stone and keep it off since This time last year just going gym and changing my diet. I still have the foods I love too
