As grumpy as?
I started back on plan on tuesday (went over a bit last night) but generally been good, but I've even surprised myself at how grumpy I am this time round.
Over the past few weeks I have cut down from drinking 2 bottles of red a night to drinking 1 glass of red a night and have noticed that I'm sleeping sooooooooooo much better etc, so it isn't tiredness, and I'm certainly not hungry as I sometimes struggle to eat all my points in one day.
