Right got work christmas party on 1st Dec and planning to get back on wagon starting monday... how much weight can I expect to lose in a month if I am really good... talking no sweets or junk food... home cooked healthy meals and portion control. How weight have you lost in a month?

Depends how much you weigh and how many calories you eat!
I’ve lost 65lb since January but started off very overweight.

i weight 143 lbs... already lost 44 lb from feb ‘16 to july ‘16 while on mat leave... then weight loss slowed down since I’ve started working again.. i will probably keep calorie consumption at 1100 daily with low level activity. i am aiming for 3 kg or 7 lb in a month.

I weigh 137lb and would hope to lose 2lb a week. I have taken up cycling and will be trying to eat more healthily but if I was calorie counting or following a weight loss plan such as slimming world or WW I would be aiming for 2 p/w.
Good luck! My do is on 8th December and I would like to be slimmer by then too.
