Has anyone done this?
I’m interested in how you felt and what improvements you saw.
I feel crap at the moment. Low energy with a couple of stones to lose. My skin and hair look crap.
Basically, I’m in a bit of a rut and have let myself go.
I feel like I need lots of nourishment and don’t think wheat and sugar are doing me any favours.
I’m just looking for inspiration really. It seems like the right thing to do but it’s daunting.
