I downloaded the app and did think it helps .
You have to listen to it a lot , sometimes now I can hear his voice when I'm making food choices. Cos I'm a piglet I often ' override' it , but it can definitely change your attitude
It is not a diet as such but more a way of thinking about what you actually want and the reason why
If you are an emotional eater then this will help you
I learnt that I treat myself with food when tired or stressed and this makes me question that reaching for chic / crisps / wine as knee jerk reaction .
( read around Nlp , it will e xplain it better than I can)

Isn't he the fella that says he can cure any addiction using hypnosis whilst simultaneously being unable to control his own drug and porn addictions?
If I were you, I'd avoid spending any money on this...

Ooh thanks for the responses.
I have already downloaded Paul - am going to give it a go.
I have certainly noticed that I snack when bored / working / when tired.
Got to keep busy I guess!

I read his "I Can Make You Thin" book at the start of my weight loss journey.
The best advice he gave was to only eat when hungry, and stop when full.
After a lifetime of gluttony it wasn't easy to recognise those feelings, but I think learning to do so was the biggest factor for me.
Also understanding why I over ate.

I've done it in the past and sometimes listen to the hypnosis track again. The book's good, sensible advice and I like PM a lot. Worth a try, good luck x
