I am currently 15 stone 8 lbs!

And I'm only 5"3.

I’m definitely needing to move this baby weight. I say baby weight - she’s 2 now!

I was thinking of starting a FB group for support, motivation, workouts, recipes, tips etc if your interested?

I say I need to do something then have another bun! My starting stats are spookily similar to yours though. So will start by trying to cut down on the sweet “treats” that I’m eating daily

Ive Started getting up early and working out, 5.30 am this morning 😵 I always feel better afterwards.

I’ll be doing some PiYo tonight with the hubby as he’s trying to get in shape but has a back issue and can’t do anything high impact.

What do you do for work? I’m usually shattered by 8.30pm.

I used to be a carer too! I left when I had my daughter and I’m a stay at home parent at the minute. Although I’m looking into wellness coaching.
