I've just joined and it's so helpful to see all the comments, does anyone know how the cup measurements convert ? I can only find american on google and it seems to be different for different ingredients

Not done this diet, but I use a lot of US recipes, and could never work out these measures in grams or ounces. I bought a cheap set of cup measures at the supermarket (I think they were £2.99!) which solved the problem.
