Hi! Thank you for reading my thread!
I have been in the fitness industry working with everyone from children to professional athletes and everything in between for 20 years,
I am just popping this thread up for anyone that would like any free advice on getting fit, cleaning up your diet, busting stress or anything really. The more questions I get the more people I can help.

I find that most people simply don't have a good enough reason to work out, I compete in martial arts so all my training is helping me with that. So my main motivation is winning my events.
To be frank your goal should never be to be addicted to it that's not a healthy mind set, it's simply a case of finding something you enjoy enough todo it a few times a week. Working out on your own is boring (I hate it and spend most of workouts in classes) there are so many classes available at every gym facility that you should be able to find one or two you like. firstly though find your "why" as without it motivation is very difficult. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you, really appreciated.

I love classes, spin is my favourite, but at the minute and foreseeable future its impossible (not making excuses promise) to go. I also like swimming but little one would have to come there too and it wouldn’t be a work out for me.

I think i need to find something me and Little one (5 years old) can do together. I keep thinking about walking or a run about with the ball, but i dont feel exercised unless ive been to hell and back Grin then i get a huff on and think “that was pointless”.

Thanks again Smile

I feel your pain! I had the same when my son was born. he is three I. October so now I put him in the kids classes I teach a few times a week and he occasionally joins in the pro class so the fighters work with him during their rest round, as for something for you both to do together that's a difficult one as at five I am assuming they won't be in a prank or anything so you couldn't run with them, where abouts do you live?
