14 days to lose some weight...

OK what should I do? I'm going on holiday in two weeks' time and need to lose some weight.
Should I do a low calorie diet? I've done this before and it's manageable for a short period of time.
Should I do low carb?
It's taken as read there'll be no sugar and no alcohol and no bread. Any ideas?

Any ideas? How I start the fortnight will be how I end it so I want to be prepared!

For quick weight loss, I'd definitely go low carb. However, be prepared to pile it all back on again if you then return to usual eating patterns once on holiday! I remember with the Dukan diet, he recommends one day a week no carb for maintenance. Good luck and have a great holiday!
