Weight loss stall after baby

Hi all. Just after some advice/help,if anyone can offer some please?
I gave birth to my DC2 four weeks ago. I gained 20kg and that was with 5-6x a week workouts (weights, hiking, swimming.....you name it I was there!). I've lost about 11kg as of 2 weeks postpartum and I haven't lost a bloody thing since. I am so keen to be back to normal, I want to wear my clothes! I am breastfeeding, started working out again 1 week after birth and this week I even incorporated some HIIT workouts again. I am eating very well 80/20 ratio for 'bad' foods and I'm not under eating (I know that can be a problem when breastfeeding). I gained 40kg 😳 With my first DC and lost it all very fast, about 5 months pp I was back to normal. I also started the mini pill nearly two weeks ago, although I didn't think that would be an issue as did that after first birth and the weight fell off.
Sorry to ramble, I'm just so pissed off. I want 'me' back! Please help xx

@mintich - yes I know it takes time...I lost all my baby weight with my first DC by 5 months and I had gained a huge and embarrassing 85lbs. I don't know how I gained so much, it was horrid. I gained under half that this time around, should come off quicker. I have a healthy lifestyle (no fad diets or boot camps etc etc).

@olivia - so I have not been hiit up the hill, it's just too much with that incline at this stage. This time last year I was doing hiit up there, but I need to recover my fitness or I'll have a heart attack 😂
In terms of exercise do you think I should prioritise cardio or strength? I have been doing 3x strength days and 2x cardio a week. However, I find the strength training has a cardio aspect to it and I'm very puffed and sweating, so does that count as cardio too? I feel like such a novice, I have been into fitness and nutrition for years and now feel like I know nothing.,!

If it’s a choice it’s Strength over cardio any day esp as you get older. And there’s some cardio to resistance as you say.

I find HIIT stuff is easy to get going again though. Painful but you can do it. Keep at it and it will come back. Maybe do other HIIT like callisthenics/ body weight and you’ll beat that hill again soon.

Yes I have been doing some hiit, but at home like MoU Tain climbers, burpees etc along to a video. There was no way I was hiiting that hill yesterday, it's VERY steep 😬
I've always been more of a fan of strength training. I am 29 so not overly old, lol, I've found in the past my best results came from strength and hiit.
I'll be in touch end of week, see if we have anymore progress.
I popped into my work today with baby and all the girls were asking how the heck I'd lost so much weight so quickly, so some things must be changing! I had to remind them I still had 7kg to go 🤗👍
