no never too late and it is for the rest of your life not just for summer

plan for some exercise to boost metabolism

and drop the worst things in your diet

post and let us know - v. tempted to join you in your efforts as need to lose about a stone - but easter looms

Spidermama · 06/04/2007 19:24

I'll join you huff. My biggest challenge will be finding the time to excercise at the moment. I need to get out to run but dh is so rarely hear and I'm tied to the house with the little ones.

I don't suppose there's a good excercise regime anyone knows of which I can do indoors? I don't want an excersise bike as we don't have the space.

snowwonder · 06/04/2007 19:31

have you tried a trampette?

huffpuff · 06/04/2007 20:28

or exercise dvd?

im gonna try and do more walking now the weather is better. I also have a cross trainer.

I hear the Davina dvd is meant to be good

used2bthin · 12/04/2007 21:59

Dvina dvd is good, I managed to lose 5 pounds doing that when dd was 3months. Put most of it back now tho sadly, problem is i get bored of cds. Am another one trying to lose a stone for summer. Thought the baby weight would fall off naturally but it hasnt!!
