So basically I'm 5'2 & usually around 9st 5lbs.
Since coming off the pill early August I've jumped up to 10 stone 8lbs. I have no idea how I've got to it as my eating habits have not changed at all 😧 I'm wondering if the pill kept me balanced tbh.
Anyway!
I'm terrible at dieting and in all honesty I'm stuck on where to begin. Even basic things like what to have for breakfast etc!
My best friend has just lost 16lbs and she looks amazing! I'm so jealous
so she's helping me out too but I know the support on MN is priceless so I'd love to hear all your stories and the way you did it.
