Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 x medium eggs, scrambled. 1 x wheatgerm toast. Flora light.
Lunch: quick homemade prawn curry using homemade curry paste, peppers, carrots and low fat coconut milk + homemade flatbread (just wholemeal flour and fat free Greek yoghurt).
Dinner: fillet steak, roasted asparagus and roasted tomatoes.
Snacks: 1 x sweet chilli thin cracker + 1 laughing cow light triangle.
Today:
Breakfast: 2 x fried eggs on 1 slice wheatgerm toast + marmite.
Lunch: 1 x wholemeal pitta with rocket, tomato, cucumber, Tesco sweet chilli and mango marinated mini chicken fillets + sriracha mayo (using Hellman's light).
Dinner: same prawn curry as yesterday with 35g of brown rice.
Snacks: 2 x biscoff biscuits. Handful of Aldi sweet chilli lentil curls (these are so good!).
Have lost 17lbs so far in 5 weeks (start weight 12st 5lbs/current weight 11st 2lbs/goal weight 10st 0lbs) eating like this. It might not seem a lot but I'm short and naturally petite (however well I've hidden it with blubber) and this amount of food keeps me satisfied while allowing me to lose weight.
I also cut out alcohol completely and am drinking 3 litres of water a day and 2-3 cups of tea (no sugar/sweetener).
