Hiya.
Stared slim fast last weekish maybe about 2 weeks now that i've been doin it. but there is oly 2 pound loss.
I think it seems silly to have your only meal at the end of teh day when you usually sit and unwind adn tun off.
I do a workout video that is intence and has me sweating balls at the end but could it be that the fat is turning to muscle (muscle weighs more than fat) and thats why the scale isnt tippin?
I chose it because i have no time to eat particular thing throughout the day this way I dont have to think cuz I'm always on the go with DD and cleaning and paperwork with immigration crap..
any hope or is this just a slow start or even a dead end?
