... once I've reached by goal I mean, how do I know how many calories I need to maintain my weight? X

I'm planning on sticking with my exercise plan and following an Intuitive Eating regime. I've been reading up on it, and it sounds like just the thing I'm looking for. It's all about following your body's natural hunger, and stopping eating before you're bursting full, and only starting to eat when you're genuinely hungry.

The stuff I've been reading claims that you can follow it for weight loss, but personally I don't see how it can work really, so I'm following a healthy weight loss plan to lose the stone I want to get rid of, and then I'll be giving it a go. I also get a maintenance plan once I've finished my current diet plan too, so I'll also be seeing what that's about too, and maybe combine both techniques.

How are you planning on losing weight?

Google it. There's a website which tells you how many to eat after it asks a couple of questions.

It depends on your activity levels and basal metabolic rate
