Have lost 13lbs in the last 3 weeks. Have around 15 more to go.
Have been consuming under my calorie limited (1200) every single day and working out like a demon, drinking 3 litres of water a day (and have completely cut out alcohol) and I'm on day 4 of being the same damn weight
. Period not due or anything so can't blame that. Haven't had so much as a cheat snack never mind cheat meal or cheat day. And course I've plateaued at 1lb off losing a stone

I feel great, I look so much better. I know the numbers aren't everything and I know I'll get there but wow does a plateau have the power to make you feel like a big fat failure.
Whinge over, off to do healthy food shop and get my brain back in gear. Have booked my first spin class for tomorrow morning which I'm hoping will give my body a shake.
Eurgh.
