what the hell is that all about?

have been going for 2 weeks and three times per week with few swims thrown in!! I know its early days but had expected to lose 1 pound at least........

don't think am eating anymore than usual..

wee update!

have still hung onto the extra 2kg, but have improved my performance by 10%, and can feel muscles in upper arms, thighs feel like I could almost crack walnuts on them!!!!! well not really but.. aim high!!!!

and always nice to realise something positive happening despite feeling knackered! I'm on a mission!!

have stuffed an extra 1 kg on

smbk suggested ditching scales and probably right but didn't...
have decreased 1000m row from 5 mins to 4.30 so may be fatter but am fitter!!
