I looked for a thread about this but couldn't find one.

started yesterday. 2x shakes a day, one low carb meal, also on the hunger busters and fat metabolisers. I'm having about 1200 cals a day in total
Surprisingly easy so far, thought I'd be ravenous yesterday but I wasn't.

About 2 stone overweight and I want my waist back!

I have the slender blend shake for lunch with an apple (I use water, not almond milk). I've lost about half a stone over a few months. But then I haven't eaten healthy at weekends and had a fair few binges - I've lost and gained the same 3lb a few times! 🙈

But don't have any breakfast or take the fat boosters.

I'm back!

Been off work for a week eek, mostly did ok but drank a bit too much and had the weekend off totally. Back to work now and back on it!

Also I weighed myself on Friday and I lost 2lbs last week (probably put back on over the weekend but didn't have time to check this morning)
