Hi all 😘
I've decided to restart my journey after freshers week, so will restart a week on Monday.
I'm already vegan. I'll be a first year student nurse.
I'll be going to slimming world but have yet to decide if 100% following or just going for the weekly use of scales & public accountability.
My weight is in the 11st bracket (not weighed in a while) I am 5'3. I want to be 9st or under asap.
I'm planning getting gym class membership bc it is subsidised and I can do classes.
How else can I make this work ? I'll def use MFP and try and be on it

Use mfp and the most important thing is PLAN AHEAD a few days in advance so you know what to buy and don't get caught out! I know a few people who have used slimming world with great success but personally I don't see the point when I can get the same results from calorie counting at home.

Best ever diet advice anyone ever gave me was to remember that in order to lose weight you will need to go hungry sometimes. Hunger is your bodies way of maintaining your current weight so in order to lose weight the hunger comes with it. MFP will ensure you are eating enough calories.

Good luck
