I'm a terrible comfort eater. Sometimes I can avoid it by just going to bed but the minute anything bad happens I'm straight into the chocolate or anything sweet and unhealthy! Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid it? Thinking of maybe getting some knitting or sewing to keep my hands busy but wondered what other people did to try and avoid it? So far list 1.5st with slimming world and always feel horrible putting on even though most of the time I know why!!
