Does any one else's weight do this?

I've been trying really hard to lose this baby weight, and finally, despite multiple previous diets, I'm finally achieving it.

What I've noticed is that before each drop on the scale, there seems to be a temporary "blip" upwards.

Does anyone else have this? Why does it happen?

Really hoping to see the number starting in the 70s before the month is out 🤞

Omg yes me !!!!! Just got of the bloody scales. 1.5 lbs up from yesterday. But I know I've been good. Very very good. I'm also due on any day. But yes this happens to me a lot. Well done on what you've achieved Star

I'm also the same when heading for weight brackets. Those are my aims. Getting in the next stone down.

Sponsored by Just Eat is a bit off isn't it 😣

Yes and it is so frustrating! Only started last week but as of Sunday morning was 5lb down - then yesterday back up another pound! As of this morning I had lost half a pound so almost back to Sunday's weight, but I've been so good so it is frustrating.

I remember this so well from the last time I lost weight and it is both completely disheartening but also motivating. Just got to keep going!
