Joined SW this week in order to lose 3 stones worth of baby weight
So far, so good. I like how easy it is and I'm definitely eating more fruit and veg by default. DS is 4 months old and EBF, so I'm allowed a total of 6 health 'a' and 'b' choices instead of one of each. That's a lot of food! Despite being a self confessed pig, I'm stuggling to eat it all and can't see me losing much. Anyone have any experience of SW while BF'ing?
