ok
my baby is nearly 7 months and I really want to lose some of this extra weight. can't get to a gym v easily or go for a run as often as I want ( have 2 little ones at home) so was thinking of these..
Nell McAndrews ultimate workout
Davina McCall - The Power Of 3/My Three 30 Minute Workouts

can get all 3 for under £20 from Amazon, but wanted to see if anyone rates them at all. don't want them gathering dust!
but just really want to lose a few pounds and firm up a bit before the summer.

so any comments on any of them?
thanks v much

They are all really good and worth the buy
Be prepared to feel pain after Davinas power of 3...lol....I was in agony after that for a while, lol!

well based on your comments I've hit the submit button now.....thanks v much! I do think Davina is quite healthy looking, not emancipated, so we shall see.

I wasn't sure at first, as often those sleb exercise videos can be a bit well.....daft...but Davinas are fab
And like Nell Mc'Andrews Ultimate workout so much I aquired another one of hers.
I am not one for complicated routines, and a lot of Dvd's tend to need more space then I have in my Livingroom...which is another big plus on these Dvd's...

Love Davinas she is soo funny! Havent tried the power of 3 yet as am still working on the 30min workouts to gte fitness level back up

I like the Davina one. I haven't tried Power of 3 yet, I've also been doing the 30 minute ones.

They are the perfect length when you have children - 30 minutes feels like just enough. I don't find them that taxing (although I definitely feel like I've worked out afterwards but I'm not gasping for breath iyswim) but I have found myself feeling a lot better since I've been using them (only a few weeks). I LOVE the cardio box 30 minutes and find some of the stretches in the core stability one quite difficult!
