Cookbook recommendations?

I'm looking for a cookbook that has simpleish (I can cook but don't really enjoy it) healthy recipes. My number one requirement is that it doesn't involve buying expensive, unusual ingredients to be only used in one dish.

Is the Jamie Oliver 5 ingredient one any good?

The hairy dieters books are great.

Jamie's new book isn't out yet.

Haha, yeah I just looked it up on Amazon. It looks like just what I want and is out soonish (24th) so maybe I'll hang on.

Thanks PurpleDaisies, is there one in particular you'd recommend?

I've got the first one (how to eat well and lose weight) which I really like.

I've just googled and there are a fair few recipes from it here...
