Have you ever found that friends/family/colleagues try to sabotage your weight loss efforts? How do you deal with this?
Going round to people's houses for dinner etc. how do you deal with this?
I'm not able to just go and have the meal out/pudding after dinner and leave it there. It leads to an all out binge for me, as I am a hopeless sugar addict and need to completely exclude it to get in "the zone".
