Losing weight without support

Hi!

So today I had a massive shock/reality check , it was a photograph of me on Timehop that was taken 2 years ago, I weighed 9st 13lb and had just got my 3 stone award from SlimmingWorld ๐Ÿ˜Š

Fast forward to today and I'm just over 11st 7lb, I had somehow managed to convince myself that I look the same as I did - I actually cried when the photo popped up because I worked so hard to lose that weight and the sad thing is that I thought I still needed to lose another stone๐Ÿ˜ž

So today my weight loss journey has begun- again, but this time I can't join a club so I need to get myself in the right frame of mind to lose this weight...again.

Part of my problem is trying to mix and match several 'diets' or eating plans, today I've used my fitness pal and stayed just below my allowance of calories.

Anyone else out there in a similar position?
