I need to lose over 3st and really struggling.
I know it's diet and not moving enough but I'm in an awful catch 22 where I don't want to exercise because of the way I look. Hell I don't want to do much thanks to how I look.
I smack a lot but when I started WW 10 weeks ago i cut the snacks out completely., stuck to my points and lost a lb a week... after eight weeks I gave up and I reckon I'm back where I started thanks to holiday, etc
Same thing happened when I tried SW except I lost even less / maintained.
I am on a strong antidepressant and my weight gain started as I started these medications.
I am so fed up - clothes don't fit and new clothes don't sit right. I'm in a real slump.
Any advice?
