Cos that's me. I'm at the top of the healthy BMI range, and have recently gained around 4.5lbs. I would love to lose 6lbs in six weeks, which is when I go away for a weekend.
I've always struggled with my weight as have a massively sweet tooth. Have been on/off Slimming World since age 17 and I'm now 36
I'm currently "at target" but haven't weighed or stayed for weeks/months.
My weaknesses are numerous:
Cereal (have to eat breakfast), sweets and chocolates, bread, cakes and biscuits blah blah blah. I'm a SAHM to two boys aged 3 and 6. Find the holidays harder as out of routine and surrounded by loads of temptation.
So thought I'd start a thread and see if we could all help each other
