This seems to make sense to me - optimal nutrition with a small calorie deficit and significant training to optimise fitness.
I'm going to sign up however the trouble is the next programme doesn't start until Oct.....that's ages away..
Can anyone who has done it give me any idea of the kind of calorie deficit and macro nutrients I should be aiming for and the type/intensity of training or any books to read to keep me going whilst I am waiting?
