Hi has any one else tried the Exante meal replacement diet ?? I did do it for a few weeks years ago & lost weight but very hard to stick to long term was wondering if it would work if I stuck to it week days & enjoyed what ever I wanted to eat / drink weekends ???

I'm doing slim and save/shake that weight which taste loads nicer, and following what you want to do, I even have days at a time off and it's working ok.

It would work but you might have trouble going on and off the plan?

I think you'd be much hungrier doing it that way. It relies on you going in to ketosis and therefore you won't get hungry and cave. It would be a daily mind struggle if you were hungry. Good luck.

The other option is the Flexi plan you do 2 exante meals and a healthy dinner around 600 cals plus a snack total around 1200 cals.

I actually find it easier doing it this way...as feel like a fat bastard after the weekend makes me more determined😂 you will actually start realising that you don't need to binge etc.
