Did 30 Day Shred previously but went to do it this morning and was disappointed to see it's no longer free on YouTube.

Can anyone recommend a similar workout - about 20-25 minutes that is easy to follow and not so hard that it can't be done every day, but has a decent effect!

Joe Wicks is very good - he has his own YouTube channel. Try the absolute beginners HIIT (the one where he's in his back garden), about 20mins & hits the spot!!
Here it is m.youtube.com/watch?v=q20pLhdoEoY

@megbusset - try millionaire hoy on YouTube. He is fantastic with hundreds of videos to choose from. Don't be put off by his extreme ways, lol. You can modify to your fitness level (I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and STILL Doing his workouts :)). He's an American dude, but he's so awesome. I would definitely rank him higher than the 30 day shred.

Came on to say try Jillian but it appears she's not available! I might try the Joe wicks one. I have also heard of one called fitness blenders which are just very short workouts, that might help too?

@thenewaveragebear1983 - yes fitness blender do some great videos too! I have used heaps of their workouts in the past. Highly recommended

I like Rebecca-Louise Smith's videos. She's quite perky (sometimes annoying) but I like her workouts. They're quite short, around 10 minutes but I tend to do, say, arms then an abs. Basically I can pick and mix to make my own schedule so it doesn't get boring
