Getting too fat!!!

I've posted this in calorie counting as that's what I want to do again, but thought I would post it in here for general traffic and maybe advice :)

I'm putting too much weight on and it's bothering me. I'm currently 6'3" and just shy of 20st :(

I put a lot of blame on my partner as she's an enabler and feeder but I know that it actually lies with me and a lack of self control.

I really don't know where to begin, I didn't think I was doing too badly in what I ate:

Bowl of muesli for breakfast
Cold pasta with either tuna mayo or prawn and seafood sauce, activia yoghurt, 2 cereal bars for lunch
Bowl of muesli for dinner/evening

I do a semi physical job, I'm an Hgv driver doing multi drop deliveries pushing 200-300kg cages of laundry stuff at 7 drops.

But my weight is creeping up, i keep snacking on my days off which isn't helping I know!

I think I could just do with joining the group and joining others rather than trying to do it on my own!

Going to start MFP again today and see where I get to!

You can add me dannybhardy if you like.

Thanks :)

I am very overweight and desperate to lose. How bis is bowl of cereal? Might be heavy on calories. Maybe try yogurt and fruit for breakfast. And protein and veg for dinner

A lot of my problem with proper dinners is I start work at midday and finish around 10pm, and am in a wagon most of that time so can't even nuke a meal!

Yoghurts and fruit sound a bit better!

Maybe add some soup to lunch I have a great container which keeps it warm. Or soup after work with pitta bread.
Do you have wholemeal pasta? Might fill you up more.
