Has anyone tried Lean Java Bean Coffee to lose weight?

I suspect the only thing you would lose would be £££. It's an MLM, aka pyramid scheme. Steer well clear.

It's a scam, you lose weight because of the reduced calorie eating plan you do alongside it. There is no evidence that confirms this coffee makes you lose weight.

Plus it's a pyramid scheme.

Go and count calories. Eat what you want but in moderation because weight loss happens when you consume fewer calories than you burn.
