Has anyone followed this plan?
I have been following SW for the past year or so, I lost 3 stone so was successful but have put about half a stone or so back on. I have 18lbs to lose to get to a healthy BMI but would like to lose a stone and a half really.
I just wondered whether the NHS plan might be better for you? Nothing against SW at all, I have seen it works and love it but feel as though I may need something different now?
