I've lost 11 pounds - I still a stone to go! But when should I expect to feel it in my clothes? As in feel looser? Thanks x

Yes I use MFP. I love that a can scan bar code etc. I'm struggling but a bit now to be honest, just want to eat a biggest bar of chocolate EVER!!! What an arse of a man BTW.

That stranger is a dick. Years ago, a man once asked me if I was a transvestite in a club. Confused You can imagine what that comment did for my self esteem. It sounds like mfp is the way to to go then.

How is everyone?

I'm only 10 days in but finding it OK. Hard points are Friday & Saturday night at wine o'clock.

I've decided that on the days that I go to the gym I can eat the calories I burn, so twice or three time a week (depending on how often I train) I get an extra 400 cals a day just to keep me from feeling totally deprived otherwise I won't be able to sustain it. 1,200 cals per day doesn't go far.

Hi! I haven't lost anything for 10-days! A few cheat days but nothing too bad. I'm hoping it will all come off in one go! I feel quite despondent knowing I have another whole stone to go and getting bored of what I'm eating.

Hello again. It's funny how weight does sometimes seem to disappear in a bigger block. The scales tell me I've lost 3.5lbs! Suspect I was full of water before. I've a lot more to lose, so think it'll be a very slow process. Got my dh to follow mfp as well to cheer me along. He doesn't need to lose weight! Have either of you read 'how to have your cake and keep your skinny jeans'? It's an interesting read and I found it made a lot of sense. I'm trying to tackle emotional eating without becoming obsessed over diet, so following mfp along with some of the book ideas should hopefully help!

Hi 42, well done! All seems to be going well. My biggest problem at the moment seems to be trying not to snack until my dinner is ready. By the time I get off the train and pick kids up, I am Starving!!

MrsWhirly that is very tricky.
Are all your calories tied up in your meals or do you have some room for a snack on the train?
