Hi all
After starting again many times I am now the heaviest I have ever been. I have had and continue to have some medical issues which have contributed to the weight gain so I know it will be difficult but I'm so miserable that I want to at least try and lose weight. I thought the support of a group would help but when I went to SW I realised it really wasn't for me so I thought maybe I could post my weigh ins on here in stead and try to keep motivated that way.
I intend to weigh in on Saturday's, starting tomorrow and will basically be doing calorie counting. Really hope I can do it this time and if anyone else wants to join in by weighing in and posting here that would be great.
