Is WW no count pretty much the same as SW? I've been counting points for a few months now. I've lost over a stone but I've completely lost motivation and keep putting on one week then losing it then next then back on the next.
A lot of people I know seem to have a lot of success with SW, more so that WW, so I was thinking of changing to SW. However I've prepaid for 3 months of WW so I was thinking of doing the no count one for a while to see if it motivates me a bit.
