A weight loss 'What did you eat today?'

I was thinking that if I post somewhere what I've eaten in a day, it might give me a push to eat well. Ideally, I'd like to lose 2 stone but going to take it a half stone at a time.

Hopefully others will join in for support, inspiration, etc.

Starting weight: 11st

Today:
Bit of a comfort day as full of cold and have a teething 4 month old but still better than when I feel under the weather as I used to just eat biscuits and chocolate!

Breakfast: 2 slices of seeded toast with apricot jam, pot of tea
Lunch: 1/2 pot of vegetable soup
Dinner: small portion of h/m roasted vegetable lasagne
Snacks: banana, pear, boiled egg
Drinks: lots of tea and squash

Exercise: only a stroll around the block with the baby as knee is really bad today (will do it tomorrow)

Starting weight - don't know

Breakfast - berries and natural yoghurt
Lunch - large plate of chicken and stir fry veg
Dinner - small steak and veg and small glass red wine
Drink - water and herbal tea

Exercise - gardening ( cutting down overgrown shrubs so heavy work )

Hi

I am also trying to loose 2 stone!

Bfast- bran flakes (I weirdly love them!)

Lunch - chicken wrap

Dinner - fish, rice and peas

Snacks - low fat yogurt, low fat crisps

Exercise - gym (first time in a year!) for 1 hr

Let's hope today goes well!!
