I was thinking that if I post somewhere what I've eaten in a day, it might give me a push to eat well. Ideally, I'd like to lose 2 stone but going to take it a half stone at a time.
Hopefully others will join in for support, inspiration, etc.

Today:
Bit of a comfort day as full of cold and have a teething 4 month old but still better than when I feel under the weather as I used to just eat biscuits and chocolate!
Breakfast: 2 slices of seeded toast with apricot jam, pot of tea
Lunch: 1/2 pot of vegetable soup
Dinner: small portion of h/m roasted vegetable lasagne
Snacks: banana, pear, boiled egg
Drinks: lots of tea and squash
Exercise: only a stroll around the block with the baby as knee is really bad today (will do it tomorrow)
