I'm 5'3 and have just got on the scales at 9'11. It's really getting me down. Especially as I found a diary fron 3 years ago and I was over a stone lighter! I feel really uncomfortable and flabby. I run 5k 3x per week but just find I binge eat crap. I've tried every diet going but can't seem to stick to it or lose the weight quick enough. I'm now thinking of trying MFP again.
What would you recommend? I'm a single Mum of two (12&8) and work full time in am office environment (just to give you an idea of my lifestyle)
